Privacy Policy

Ads 2 Ton is a Telegram Mini App and web app (ads2ton.xyz) where users earn points by viewing ads, completing tasks, joining channels, claiming lucky codes and inviting friends. Points can be exchanged for TON cryptocurrency withdrawals. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

• Telegram account data: your Telegram user ID, name, username and profile photo (when available), provided by Telegram when you open the app.
• Web account data: if you register on the web, your email address, first name, last name, username and a securely stored password (we never see it in plain text).
• Device & location signals: IP address and approximate country, used to target tasks and protect withdrawals from fraud.
• Earning activity: tasks you complete, ads you view, lucky codes you claim, daily check-ins, quests, referrals and channel participation.
• Wallet data: the TON wallet address you provide for withdrawals. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases — never share them with anyone.
• Support messages: the content you send to our support team, including live voice-to-text messages.
• Advertiser data: if you create paid tasks or channel campaigns, we store your campaign content, payment transaction references and contact details.

• To create and secure your account and prevent duplicate or fraudulent accounts.
• To calculate your balance, verify task completion and process TON withdrawals.
• To verify channel joins and broadcast lucky codes to channels you connect.
• To show you relevant tasks and ads, and to operate referral and quest rewards.
• To publish public payout records on our payout channel and blog: amount, payout ID, payment time, transaction link, masked wallet and, when available, your public Telegram username. The blog may link to the corresponding public channel receipt.
• To detect abuse: bot activity, self-referrals, fake task completion or payment manipulation.

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service:

• Telegram: account identity, channel membership checks and bot notifications.
• Advertising networks (e.g. giga.pub): serve the ads you watch to earn points. Ad networks may use their own identifiers per their policies.
• TON blockchain: withdrawals are recorded publicly on-chain; blockchain transactions are permanently public.
• Hosting and database providers: store app data securely.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your data is shared only where necessary. Numeric Telegram account IDs, private support messages and full stored wallet addresses are not included in our public blog posts. Your public Telegram username may appear alongside a payment proof. Withdrawal transactions, including sender and recipient addresses, are publicly accessible through the TON blockchain explorer. Advertiser campaigns you publish are visible to users by design.

We keep your account and earning records while your account is active. Records connected to payments and withdrawals are kept for accounting and dispute purposes. If your account is banned for fraud or abuse, we may retain identifying records to prevent re-entry. You may request deletion of your non-transactional data at any time via support.

We protect data with access controls, server-side verification of every earning action and payment, and rate limiting. All account reads and writes are verified against your Telegram identity — client-supplied values are never trusted.

Ads 2 Ton is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). If we learn a child has created an account, we will remove it.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of wrong data, or deletion of non-transactional data by contacting us. Depending on your country (for example GDPR or CCPA), you may have additional rights.
